League overview
Welcome to the 2025 Elementary School League. This is our 11th year in action, and we are happy to provide a platform for kids to learn volleyball, socialize with school friends and get a workout!
How to Join the League
Step 1: All players must register for the Assessment Day hosted in August (Date TBA). Be sure to read all League Information below.
Step 2. Attend the Assessment Day to be placed on a team. All players will be offered a team spot. The assessment is primarily used to create teams of players with similar skill and level.
Step 3. Accept your team spot.
Step 4.Look out for our email. We will send out more information and details regarding your team practice schedule prior to the start of team practices.
League information
Assessment Day: August (Date TBA)
Dates: August 28 - October 14th, seven weeks of Skills and Competition
Ages: 1st-5th Grade Girls and Boys (2025/26 School Year)
Levels: Players of all skill level are welcome. Courts Divided by Skill,Grade and Age.
Practice Times:
- 1 day per week
- Ages 6-8 will have 1 hour practices
- Ages 9-11 will have 1.5 hour practices
- Practices will be held one day a week Monday - Friday 4pm - 9pm. Your team practice schedule will be sent out in late August
- All practices will be at Forza One Performance Center
Game Days:
- Ages 6-8: 3 game days tentative dates 9/23, 10/7, 10/14
- Ages 9-11: 4 game days tentative dates 9/16, 9/23, 10/7, 10/14
- All games will be at Forza One Performance Center
- Game days will be 1.5 - 2 hours long, roughly
Uniform: Team shirt is included. Please bring your own spandex, gym shorts or basketball shorts. Knee pads are optional.
Location: All practices and tournaments will be held at Forza1 Performance Center
