League overview
Welcome to the 2025 Middle School League. This is our 16th year in action, and we are happy to provide a platform for kids to learn volleyball, socialize with school friends and get a workout!
How to Join the League
Step 1: All players must register for the Assessment Day hosted August 16th; View Assessment Day Schedule Below. Be sure to read all League Information below.
Step 2. Attend the Assessment Day to be placed on a team. All players will be offered a team spot. The assessment is primarily used to create teams of players with similar skill and level.
Step 3. Accept your team spot. Pay league signup fee.
Step 4. Look out for our email. We will send out more information and details regarding your coach, team practice schedule and more prior to the start of team practices.

League Duration: August - October, eight weeks of skills and five game days
Ages: 6th-8th Grade Girls and Boys (2025/26 School Year)
Levels: Players of all skill level are welcome
Practice Times:
- 1 day per week for 1.5 hours
- Practices will consist of skill training and game movement
- Practices will be held one day a week Monday - Friday 4pm - 9:30pm. Your team practice schedule will be sent out by August 22nd
- All practices will be at Forza One Performance Center
Game Days:
- 5 game weekends. This includes Championship Day.
- Game weekends, Sept 13/14, Sept 20/21, Sept 27/28, Oct 11/12
- Championship Oct 18th
- All games will be at Forza One Performance Center
- Includes Inter-league play
Uniform: Team shirt is included. Please bring your own spandex, gym shorts or basketball shorts. Knee pads are optional.
