League overview
Welcome to the NEW 2026 High School League. This is our 1st year in action, and we are happy to provide a platform for athletes to continue their volleyball journey, socialize and get a workout!
How to Join the League
Step 1: All players must register for the Assessment Day hosted August 22nd, Time TBA. Be sure to read all League Information below.
Step 2. Attend the Assessment Day to be placed on a team. All players will be offered a team spot. The assessment is primarily used to create teams of players with similar skill and level.
Step 3. Look out for our email. We will send out more information and details regarding your coach, team practice schedule and more prior to the start of team practices.
League information
Assessment Day Schedule: August 22nd; Time TBA
League Duration: Week of August 31st - October 17th
Ages: 9th-12th Grade Girls and Boys (2026/27 School Year)
Levels: Players of all skill level are welcome
Practice Times:
- 1 day per week for 1.5 hours
- Practices will consist of skill training and game movement
- Practices will be held one day a week Monday - Friday 4pm - 9:30pm. Your team practice schedule will be sent out by end of business day August 28th. Practices will start the week of August 31st. *There will be no practices on Labor Day Sept 7th
- All practices will be at Forza One Performance Center
Game Days:
- 5 game weekends. This includes Championship Day.
- Game weekends, Sept 12, Sept 19, Sept 26, Oct 10
- Championship Oct 17
- All games will be at Forza One Performance Center
- Game days will be 1.5 - 2 hours long, roughly
Uniform: Team shirt is included. Please bring your own spandex, gym shorts or basketball shorts. Knee pads are optional.
Location: All practices and tournaments will be held at Forza1 Performance Center
